‘river’ – sun. feb. 21 @ amg school (108 gladstone ave.)

the ‘holy season of Lent’ is ancient Christian tradition when we wander as spiritual a community into a symbollic ‘wilderness’.

accordingly… our weekly ‘river’ athering is going out into the wilderness.  thus, for Lent we’re ‘giving up church’ – or at least our comfortable and beautiful church space.

we’ll be gathering in a variety of places in the neighbourhood from february 21 until Good Friday on April 2.

we`ll be holding this Sunday’s (Feb. 21) ‘river’ at Alexander Muir Gladstone School (in the Auditorium). We’ll be gathering at our usual time of 4pm.  the school is at 108 Gladstone Avenue – about a 5 minute walk south of the church (between Queen and Dundas).  you can enter off the doors right off of Gladstone.
